Retreats
July 25-27th, 2025 @ Lewis and Clark State Park
🌿 We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming healing retreat nestled in the heart of a beautiful state park. Imagine waking up to the sounds of nature and the crisp, fresh air!
🏠 Our cozy retreat will be held at the historic Lewis & Clark Lodge, a charming large cabin built in 1950. Originally designed to house brave wildland firefighter crews in Southwest Washington, this rustic lodge offers a unique blend of history and tranquility.
🛏️ The lodge features comfortable bunk beds, ensuring a sweet blend of community feel and personal space. It’s the perfect setting to connect with new friends and create lasting memories!
🌳 Spend your days exploring the lush surroundings, engaging in mindful activities, and reconnecting with nature. It’s more than a retreat; it’s an experience that will leave you refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected to the earth and yourself.
We will be practicing mind-body techniques like art, breathwork, sound, and movement which help us listen to our bodies, bring clarity, and awakens the senses. This retreat will use a variety of activities designed to activate creative expression, heal your spirit and strengthen connections to yourself and others. This retreat is geared for women who are recovering from addiction, and trauma. Friends and family are welcome to attend also.
Hosted by experienced practitioners Shamay Thomas ARNP and Kia King LMP from “Two Sound Women.”
We will be joined by our guest facilitators Tina Massimi from “Just Breath of Sound and Wellness”, and Kathryn Johansen ARNP and movement facilitator.
